Transportation

Our school provide comfortable and safe transportation. All the buses are GPS enabled for child’s safety purpose.

Bridge Courses

The Bridge Course will equip students with the prerequisite skills and fundamentals, required for the clarity of various concepts in the new academic session. This course is having an educational curriculum that paves way in diagnostic approach to develop a Holistic Process of Education through Experiential and Hands on learning, so as to identify the learning gaps of the students and to further plan the enrichment programme throughout the year.

Sports

Sport and games are compulsory and an integral part of a child's development. Programmes include competitive sport, outdoor adventure sports, regular fitness and physical recreation activities. Our playgrounds have facilities for football, cricket, hockey, tennis, badminton, etc. Our future plans for a state of art Sports Complex will be the best and one of its kind.

Classrooms

Teachers

Well qualified, experienced and dynamic teachers. Plantation Drive

The school organized a plantation drive on August 14, 2023, amidst the ongoing Independence Week with the aim of improving the environment, conserving natural resources, and promoting ecological balance.

The students were exposed to the importance of trees and their role in maintaining a healthy environment. Students got a practical, experiential learning experience that goes beyond the classroom, by learning various techniques like soil preparation and proper watering techniques.

With a high team spirit, every class planted a tree and swore to take care of it and protect it; which in turn instilled a sense of responsibility and ownership amongst the students.

The goal is to set a generation of environmentally conscious individuals who understand their role in preserving the planet for the future. It's a powerful way to teach them valuable life lessons while making a real impact on the environment.

Investiture Ceremony

STUDENT PREFECTORIAL BODY SWORN IN AT DELHI WORLDPUBLIC SCHOOL

The investiture ceremony of Delhi World Public School, Jodhpur was held on 5th July 2023 with solemnity and pride. The grand event was graced by the presence of esteemed Chief Guest Mr. Narpat Singh Rathore. He is Additional Superintendent of Rajasthan Police, Rajasthan Police Training Centre Jodhpur.

The Investiture Ceremony is a solemn occasion where all the young students are prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted upon them by the school.

The proceedings began with a soulful invocation to the Almighty seeking blessings.

Dr. Neel Kamal Singh, Principal of DWPS, Jodhpur handed over the school flag to the school Head Boy, Master Giriraj Singh Udawat, and School Head Girl, Miss Saachi Gehlot.

The House Mistress of Ruby House Mr. Triibhuwanpati Vyas handed over the flag to the Miss Chandranshi Verma Captain and Miss Divyanshi Fulwariya Vice-Captain.

House Mistress of Emerald House Miss Shailaka Gaur handed over the flag to Master Giridhwaj Singh Udawat Captain and Miss Priyanka Vice-Captain.

The House Mistress of Sapphire House Miss. Yamini Bhati handed over the flag to Master Aman Choudhary Captain and Master Darshil Bhati Vice-Captain.

The House Mistress of Diamond House Mrs. Ritu Pathak handed over the flag to Master Manan Gehlot Captain and Miss Preksha Solanki Vice-Captain.

The Office bearers for the academic year 2023-24 are

Mr. Narpat Singh Rathore the Chief Guest along with the Principal Dr. Neel Kamal Singh bestowed badges to the office-bearers. The newly elected student council members expressed their joy and exuberance and assured that they would do their utmost to bring fame and glory to their Alma Mater.

Dr. Neel Kamal Singh, the Principal, administered the oath to the office-bearers of the School Council whereby they declared and vowed to abide by the creed of their alma mater and fulfil their duties according to their respective portfolios to the best of their abilities.

Miss Saachi Gehlot, the newly elected Head girl, welcomed the Chief Guest Mr. Narpat Singh Rathore, Principal, teachers, students, and her fellow council members. In her welcome address, Miss Saachi gratefully acknowledged the trust, commitment and dedication of everyone which made the investiture ceremony a truly memorable one. Urging her fellow office bearers to be unbiased and impartial in discharging their duties, Miss Saachi’s energising words channelized her entire team, the Head Girl declared that they would never let them down.

The Head Girl declared that they would whole heartedly dedicate their selfless service.

Master Nikhil, the Deputy Head Boy, in his gratitude speech, thanked everyone for electing him and his fellow council. He requested the support and guidance from the DWPS family he reiterated that he and his council are ready and willing to take on challenges to bring glory and fame to their school both in academics and co-curricular activities.

In his address, the Chief Guest, stated that “Importance of time-management”, congratulated and blessed the team.

State Basketball Team Selection

Master Ashish Bishnoi Grade IX

Miss Preksha Solanki Grade VII and

Miss Samiksha Jakhar Grade VII

have been selected to represent our state in the prestigious basketball team.

Coach Ravindra Singh Rathore enlightened that the above-selected students will participate in the Under-14 state basketball championship to be held at Rajgarh (Churu) from 22 September to 26 September 2023.

The selection of these three exceptional athletes is not just a reflection of their individual prowess but also a testament to our school's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence. Their journey from our school's basketball court to the state team is a shining example of what can be achieved with determination and passion.

Krishna Janmashtami

The festival of Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great pomp at Delhi World Public School. Principal Dr. Neelkamal Singh lit the lamp in front of Balgopal and gave detailed information about the importance of Jamashtami. After this, children in colorful costumes presented a tableau of Radha Krishna on the stage. Children were introduced to the words of Murli, Peacock Feather, Makhan, Mishri and the children of pre-primary and primary classes created a pleasant atmosphere by performing beautiful dances related to the life of Shri Krishna and Dahi Handi program was also organized. School Director Dr Sheetal Atul Singh said that such festivals not only provide new energy and enthusiasm to the children but also keep them connected with their culture and civilization.

MEDICAL CAMP

The school conducted a comprehensive medical health checkup for all the students, focusing on ear, nose, throat (ENT), and dental care. This initiative aimed to promote the well-being of our students by addressing these crucial aspects of their health. The checkup provided early detection of potential issues and valuable health education, ensuring a healthier student body and a conducive learning environment. The students were allocated their health cards to keep track of individual health.

A special thanks to the Doctors from the Medical College- Dr. Raghav Sharma (Senior medical officer, MBBS, MS ENT), Dr. Meghram Meena (Resident 2nd year ENT), Dr. Neetu Mathur (Junior Resident- General Dentistry), Dr. Komal Purohit (Senior Resident - General Dentistry) for playing an important role in the successful conduct of the camp. 🏥 👩🏻‍⚕️

Ramayana

On 28-10-2023 (Saturday), the students of Pre-Primary Grades 1 and 2 took the stage in a delightful and educational theatrical production of the great Indian epic, the Ramayana. This enchanting event was designed to impart important values, morals, and an appreciation for Hindu mythology to our young learners. The primary objectives of this play were to Introduce Hindu Mythology through storytelling and dramatization. Moral Values: By showcasing the various episodes from the Ramayana, the aim was to instill values such as truth, righteousness, and the importance of family bonds in the hearts of our young learners. Learning through Play: The play provided an immersive learning experience that allowed students to absorb these values through a combination of visuals, dialogue, and action.

The students, donned in colorful costumes, enthusiastically portrayed scenes from the Ramayana. The play included key episodes like the forest exile of Lord Rama, his wife Sita, and loyal brother Lakshmana were beautifully depicted, showcasing the themes of sacrifice and devotion; the dramatic portrayal of Sita's abduction by the demon king Ravana captivated the audience; the climax of the epic, the battle between Lord Rama and Ravana, illustrated the triumph of good over evil.

The play served as an interactive learning platform, reinforcing the significance of these stories and their moral lessons in the minds of our young students. The powerful medium of theatre allowed them to engage with the narrative and connect with the characters, thereby enhancing their understanding of Hindu mythology. The Pre-Primary Ramayana Play was an enriching experience that left a lasting impression on our students. Through the retelling of these timeless tales, we not only introduced them to the treasures of Hindu mythology but also imparted values that will guide them on the path of righteousness and compassion.

This event exemplified our commitment to holistic education, where learning extends beyond textbooks, allowing students to embrace the cultural heritage and wisdom of our country. It was indeed a delightful educational journey that will serve as a foundation for future learning and personal development.

Eye Check-Up Camp

On 31-10-2023, a significant health event was organized in collaboration with MDM Hospital - an Eye Check-up Camp aimed at ensuring the ocular well-being of our students. This initiative was a testament to our commitment to the overall health and well-being of our young learners. The primary objectives of this Eye Check-up Camp were, to identify any visual impairments or eye-related issues among our students at an early stage. to raise awareness about the importance of regular eye check-ups and the significance of preventive eye care, and to educate students and parents about proper eye health and eye safety. A skilled and experienced team of ophthalmologists Dr. Sunil Vishnoi, Dr. Divyanshu Sharma, and support staff Miss Divya and Miss Rehmat from MDM Hospital conducted the eye check-ups. They brought their expertise to ensure accurate assessments. All students from various grade levels were encouraged to participate. The process was organized with care and sensitivity to ensure students' comfort and ease. We extend our gratitude to the medical team from MDM Hospital for their professional service and valuable guidance.

Annual Day

In a spectacular display of talent and creativity, Delhi World Public School hosted its Annual Day function on December 23, 2023. The event, held at the school's sprawling campus, was a celebration of the students' achievements and showcased their diverse talents in various performing arts.

The chief guest for the evening was the esteemed Mr. Rajendra Ji Gehlot, a distinguished Member of Parliament. His presence added an extra layer of prestige to the event, and his insightful speech inspired both students and parents alike.

The evening embarked with a colorful and vibrant cultural program that included a series of acts featuring students from different classes. The performances ranged from classical dances to contemporary skits, all meticulously choreographed and rehearsed.

One of the highlights of the evening was the thematic acts using props, where students showcased their creativity and innovation. From thought-provoking dramas to lively musicals, the performances captivated the audience, providing a visual treat for everyone present.

The stage came alive with students portraying characters with impeccable precision, and the clever use of props enhanced the overall impact of the acts. The students demonstrated a remarkable level of talent, dedication, and teamwork in bringing these performances to life.
