Admission Policy

  • The school admits both girls and boys irrespective of their caste, creed and religion.
  • A student who has studied through any other medium will not be admitted unless he/she has adequate knowledge of English as this is an English-medium school.
  • For admission to LKG, a child should be at least three and a half years old as on June 30 of the year of admission. A corresponding minimum age limit is fixed for successive classes.
  • A candidate seeking admission has to fill in the registration form supplied by the school office on paying the registration fee.
  • The Registered candidate will have to appear for an Admission Test as stated below:
    • KG/Prep An interaction with the parent and the child.
    • Classes I to IX A written test in English, Hindi and Mathematics.
  • The Parent should fill up the admission form only if the child is found fit to seek admission to a particular class. The parent/guardian who signs the admission form will be responsible for pupil’s conduct, punctuality, attendance and payment of fees.
  • For admission to Class LKG, UKG and I, the original birth certificate from a competent authority or a copy of Aadhar Card and a copy of immunization record must be submitted along with the admission form. However, at the time of registration only a copy of the birth certificate need be submitted.
  • For admission to Class I to IX, the following documents must be submitted along with the admission form.
    • School Leaving Certificate (TC) issued by the previous school and countersigned by the Regional Officer/Asst. Commissioner/District or State Education Officer.
    • Progress Report issued by the previous school.
    • Copy of the Aadhar Card of the student.
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Father's Aadhar Card
    • Copy of Mother's Aadhar Card
  • A recent photograph of the student must be affixed on the Admission Form for all classes


Withdrawal

  1. Transfer Certificate will be issued within three days on submission of the withdrawal form, duly filled in by the parent.
  2. A Transfer Certificate or any other certificate will be issued only if all the school dues are paid and the school property taken on loan, if any, has been returned.
  3. While applying for Transfer Certificate, the parent or guardian has to state the reason for removing the pupil, as this is to be entered in the Transfer Certificate. In case of withdrawal of a pupil in the middle of a term, fees paid for that term will not be refunded.
